Our Story
Hello, my name is Terry Zimmerman. Having been born and raised in Helena, I have rented and cared for these properties all my life and have lived in many of these properties myself over the years. Our family often owned or purchased properties that needed repair and remodeling. Most of our apartments have been updated to keep the most up-to-date and current interiors. We have rebuilt and remodeled structures into new apartments for more efficient use and modern floor plans. Most of our properties have a history that may appeal to you, such as the "Good Shepherd Home" on 9th Avenue. This property was built in the 1880s as an orphanage for the Catholic church and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It has served many generations, from young people just getting started on their own to elderly folk who can no longer care for their own property. Not all properties have a long history; some are newly built or new to us. After years of dedication to these properties, I have trained and worked closely with my family to continue our rental business.
